According to Karl Brackhaus, Natural Instinct’s Chairman,

“Nothing has changed at Natural Instinct in terms of delivering quality products and a great customer service. Natural Instinct is still a keen supporter of British farming and only uses meat from DEFRA-approved farms. We continue with our ethos and will NOT use chicken from battery farms or use meat from other intensely farmed animals. All the ingredients in our recipes are fully traceable from tried, tested and trusted suppliers.  We have implemented these changes in management to ensure that we continue to offer all our customers some of the best BARF Diet products on the market and that we offer a seamless service to all pet owners, wholesalers and retailers.”
